The city of Coolidge covers only 3.25 square miles with the CUSD covering an area of 250 square miles. The district consists of Coolidge High School (9-12), San Tan Foothills High School (9-12), Heartland Ranch School (K-6), Hohokam Middle School (7-8), Mountain Vista Middle School (6-8), San Tan Heights (K-5), and West School (K-6). There are approximately 3,600 pupils enrolled in the district.
Our full academic program of regular and special education in grades K-12 is augmented by programs in Career and Technical Education and The Coolidge Alternative Program, serving grades 7-12. In addition, the community is further served through a series of both after school and evening classes, which offer a variety of courses in both educational and other enrichment activities. The community is supportive of the district's interscholastic programs and intramural activities. As a result, the school system continues to be a major provider of employment in the area.
If you are interested in working with a fast-growing district whose staff and administrators are dedicated to the success of our students, we hope you'll check out what Coolidge Unified School District has to offer qualified employees.
